In 1966 Nils Master Invincible 8 cm was one of the first Nils Master lures to be presented to the fishing world and remains as one of the factory's longest-running and most popular models.
Invincible's unique body shape with its flat belly and arched back was perfected with an avid salmon fisherman who was testing the prototypes in the salmon rivers of Finnish Lapland. The shape of the Invincible gives it the distinctive, delicate swim style, which is enhanced by the use of balsa wood as material. Durability and reliability is provided by the stainless steel wire-through-body construction, which can withstand the battles with big trouts and salmon.
Yet this 8 cm lure is also perfect for perch and bass fishing, and you can use it as a casting lure or in rowing trolling. The swimming depth of Invincible Floating 8 cm is about 2 meters. When the retrieve stops the Invincible bobs back to the surface.
Every Nils Master lure we manufacture is individually quality controlled, hand tuned and tank tested before packaging. PLEASE NOTE that sometimes a hard fished lure can get "out of tune" and lose its optimal swimming style, but you can control the action by slightly changing the angle of the eyelet. Do not attempt to adjust the plastic lip.
