Nils Master Invincible Floating 5 cm – small balsa lure for trout and perch
The smallest lure in the Invincible family, the 5 cm is at its best in shallow water and streams — where a compact, lively presentation makes the difference.
The balsa wood body gives the lure a natural, responsive swim that a plastic body simply can't replicate. A stainless steel wire runs through the full length of the body, keeping everything together when a bigger fish decides to take an interest. Like all Invincible Floating lures, this one rises to the surface when you stop retrieving. Dive depth is around one metre.
That floating action is genuinely useful in shallow streams — slow your retrieve and the lure works closer to the surface, well clear of weeds and bottom snags.
Fishing technique
Works well on a steady retrieve in streams and shallow lakes. Try short pauses — the lure rises toward the surface and dips again as you resume. That rising moment often triggers the strike.

Care & Adjustment
Let wooden lures dry properly after fishing — they’ll thank you for it.
If the lure runs slightly out of tune, fine-tune it by carefully adjusting the eyelet angle. Leave the plastic lip alone — it’s already doing exactly what it should.
If the lip is damaged during a tough fight, it can be easily replaced with a spare part.
