Bete Turku 90 mm – pike spoon for coastal and inland fishing

The Turku spoon takes its name from the old city of Turku and its archipelago — waters where it has built a reputation as a reliable pike spoon. Works equally well on inland lakes and along the coast.

On a slow retrieve the spoon flutters with a lazy, rolling action. Pause mid-retrieve and the movement changes — a brief pause before the lure settles back into its rhythm. At faster speeds the flanks flash and the action becomes a weaving, side-to-side movement. On sunny days the metal finish carries well in the water. A GLOW colour option is available for low-light conditions.

Bete spoons originated with the Tysklind brothers in Sweden in the early 1950s and have been made in Finland since 1970s, using traditional tools and genuine materials — copper, German silver or brass. Each spoon goes through over twenty production steps before it leaves the workshop. Fitted with stainless steel split rings, a swivel and a VMC hook.
