Back in ’79, the Bete Lotto spinner came along and changed the spinner game for good. Since then, it’s been a favorite in tackle boxes all over the Nordics — and for good reason.

What makes it different? The fish-shaped plastic body is specially weighted to swim on its flat side, giving it this sweet little fluttering wobble when you retrieve. The quickly rotating blade helps to give an impression of a much bigger fish, and predators just can’t help themselves.

Up north, it’s known as a salmonid slayer—trout, rainbow, grayling, arctic char… they all go for it. If you’re heading to a river or lake where those fish live, not packing a Lotto is just asking for a slow day.

But don’t box it in. With five sizes and a truckload of colour options, the Lotto’s a true all-rounder.

Take the 45 mm version—it’s a killer for trout, perch, and pike in inland waters, and it holds its own in coastal surf fishing too. Want it to run shallow or deep? Just adjust your retrieve speed. Easy.
