Nils Master Jumbo Deep Diving 12 cm – deep-diving abachi lure for big pike

The Jumbo Deep Diving is built for big fish in deep water. The thick, roach-shaped abachi wood body gives large predators a substantial target — and the lure dives fast, reaching up to six metres.

The swimming position is head-down, with a tight, strong tail kick. Holds its action at fast trolling speeds and in moving water. A good starting point when trolling is to run it just off the back of the boat — the propeller wash can help trigger a faster reaction from following fish.

Works for pike and large perch in freshwater. The durable build also holds up in saltwater — it has been used for barramundi and mulloway in Australian waters.

Floating design — rises to the surface when the retrieve stops. Full-length stainless steel wire and stainless steel split rings handle fast trolling without issue.

Care & Adjustment

Let wooden lures dry properly after fishing — they’ll thank you for it.

If the lure runs slightly out of tune, fine-tune it by carefully adjusting the eyelet angle. Leave the plastic lip alone — it’s already doing exactly what it should.

If the lip is damaged during a tough fight, it can be easily replaced with a spare part.
