Basically, when the deep stuff just ain’t where the action’s at.
With its handcrafted balsa body and wide, tail-kicking action, this beauty runs just under the surface — about a meter deep max — making it perfect for working the edges, rocky shallows, or calm bays. You can always rig it with a bit of weight if you want to dip it deeper, but out of the box, this one’s made to dance up top.
Zander in particular go a bit weak in the fins for this one — they just can’t help themselves.
Outfitted with VMC BN Barbarian hooks with that smart TLC (technical locking curve), so when something bites… it stays.
Every Nils Master lure we manufacture is individually quality controlled, hand tuned and tank tested before packaging.
For Best Results: Please let wooden lures always dry well after fishing. When "out of tune" you can control the action by slightly changing the angle of the eyelet. Never adjust the plastic lip!
For Worst Results: Try casting it into thick reeds just to "see what happens." Enjoy your new underwater ornament.
