Product description

The Nils Master Jigger series was born in the 1970s from the real fishing experiences of brothers Hannu and Kalevi Kangas. The lineup includes six sizes of balance jigs, designed for everything from perch and trout to zander and pike.

The 4 cm Jigger-1, second smallest in the series, is a true all-rounder. It’s highly effective for perch and salmonids such as grayling, rainbow trout, and brown trout — equally at home under the ice or in open water.

Each lure features the long-shank gold hook designed by Kalevi Kangas, made to tempt fish even during slow bites. The belly hook is easy to replace thanks to a practical loop connection.

All Nils Master Jiggers are handmade in Finland – each one a testament to Finnish fishing craftsmanship.

Tip: Use a thin line to let the Jigger swim freely and naturally, even at depths close to ten meters. Just a small twitch sends it darting side to side like a real baitfish.
