The store sells products to individuals of legal age. Product prices include 25,5%VAT for customers in Finland and other EU countries. For deliveries outside the European Union the price will automatically exclude the VAT in the shopping basket when you change the country of delivery. Outside the EU you still might have to pay local VAT and customs duties. Please note that all customs fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility. Logistics companies might also add a service fee for declaring your item on your behalf.

We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions.

Unfortunately, adding stuff to your order after you have paid is not possible.


Payment and payment methods

The payment service is Klarna Checkout, through which the payment options are invoice, partial payment, card payment and online bank payments.

By entering information at checkout, you accept the terms and conditions of Klarna AB (Klarna AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm). By pressing the "Buy" button, you accept Nils Master general terms and conditions.


Order and payment confirmation

When we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by e-mail, which will show your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation if you have to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs

Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. We present an estimate of the future delivery costs in the shopping cart according to the primary delivery method in use. You can see the exact delivery costs after choosing the payment and delivery methods you want for your order. The delivery methods in use depend on the contents of the shopping basket and the combined weight. You can choose from the delivery methods in use at the checkout the option that suits you best, in connection with which the exact delivery cost is shown. 

Please note that all possible customs fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility.


Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to EU and outside of EU vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to the delivery time estimates have been stated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will also notify you of possible delays immediately after ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. The online store informs about unusual delivery times on its website.


Return conditions:

International returns are not accepted, unless the customer pays for the shipping, back and forth. Please contact our customer service for further information.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in EU have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our contact form at the website, but its use is not mandatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay after we have received the return parcel and checked the products. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

The shipping costs of the return parcel will not be reimbursed.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

We will require a receipt and/or tracking number of the shipment. Lost parcels won't be reimbursed without these.

You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

For full refund the product needs to be unused.

Unclaimed package

Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. For unclaimed packages for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made, we will charge the delivery costs.

Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section or by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method.
